Meet Aashu Shah
Founder of Cakes A’Fair, Hyderabad

With over 9 years of experience, Aashu Shah is a renowned home baker, cake artist, and workshop trainer specializing in egg-free wedding cakes, sculpted cakes, designer creations, and macarons. Known for her edible art pieces like The Charminar and The Dragon, she has won national awards and represented India in global cake competitions. Aashu’s work is regularly featured in leading cake magazines and baking platforms.   • 🏆 Won First Prize in the Decorated Cupcake Competition at the CAKEOLOGY Bake Show, Mumbai (Sep 2022).
  • 🥈 2nd Prize Winner at the India Bake Show, Delhi (Jan 2023), for decorated cupcakes.

  • Crafted a detailed cake replica of The Charminar for the Indian Culture Online Competition in the Sculpture Cake Category.
  • Represented Indian artistry with a Bust Cake of Moulana Hameed Khan Bhasani for a Bangladeshi Heritage Cake Competition.
  • Participated in the Art of Pottery International Cake Collaboration by creating “A Veiled Lady” bust in modelling chocolate  featured in global magazines like:
